The Community Attention Foster Families (CAFF) Supervisor position in the Department of Human Services is responsible for the supervision of a dynamic team of Family Services Specialists dedicated to supporting resource and kinship foster families, recruitment and training of foster families, cultivating and maintaining critical community and agency partnerships.

This is a full-time, exempt, position.

Position performs difficult and complex professional work supervising a team performing program/casework services for a target population; does related work as required. Provides direct oversight and management of the investigation process and ongoing program/casework services. Responsible for program advocacy on agency, community and state levels. Activity participates and assumes a leadership role in team based organizational development, focused on outcomes. Reports to the Director of Human Services.

Minimum Qualifications:
 Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human services or other related field;
 Minimum of 5 years social work knowledge and experience with a preference for at least 2 years of supervisory experience;
