Responsibilities: Under general supervision, to perform a variety of correctional duties; to safeguard and supervise inmates; to maintain discipline and enforcement rules and regulations in the County criminal justice or adult and youth correctional facilities.
Salary: $19.73 - $22.67 per hour

Qualifications: U.S. citizen; Minimum age - 19; Driver license; Good driving record; Eligibility for Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board Certification; High school diploma; No felony convictions; Good verbal and written communication skills; Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge and skills in operating computer systems; Ability to perform essential functions of this position; Ability to use all standard law enforcement equipment; Minimum age of 19; Wisconsin State residency MUST be establish within six (6) months of appointment; High School diploma, HSED, or GED required; Valid driver's license at time of application and valid Wisconsin driver’s license must be obtained at time of appointment.
