Reason for Announcement: Fill Vacancy and Establish Eligibility List
Responsibilities: Facilitate communications for police, fire & EMS personnel 24/7 during emergency and non-emergency operations, access information and route as needed, compile and record a variety of data and other duties as assigned.
Salary: $20.24 - $26.32 per hour
Salary dependent on qualifications

Qualifications: U.S. citizen; Minimum age - 18; Driver license; Good physical condition; High school diploma; No felony convictions; No domestic abuse convictions; Good verbal and written communication skills; React quickly and effectively to stressful situations; Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; Ability to keyboard/type words per minute - 40; Knowledge and skills in operating computer systems; Clear and concise speech; Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously; Ability to perform essential functions of this position; EMS, Dispatching or firefighting experience is beneficial but not required. Extensive background investigation will be done on qualified candidates.
