This is general law enforcement work of protecting life and property and enforcing laws and ordinances. Work involves routine patrol work such as responding to emergency calls and citizens complaints/alarms. Duties include preliminary investigations, special detail assignments, administrative duties or other special assignments as assigned by superiors. Requires basic certification as a Georgia Peace Officer. Completion of a standard high school course or its equivalent/possession of a valid Georgia Drivers License. EOE
